懿凌风管湿膜加湿器—简述
风管湿膜加湿器是将湿膜加湿器和特制的风管相结合，应用于组合空调机组或新风机组中无法安装加湿器而采用的一种先进的加湿形式，可以安装于送风管道的任何位置，满足对整个空间或局部空间的加湿要求。
懿凌风管湿膜加湿器—结构特点
风管湿膜加湿器经特殊轧制的异型结构钢制造，经过喷塑处理，强度高、耐腐蚀、密封性好、外形美观、面板用双层镀锌板，添加保温材料。风管湿膜加湿器有框架式结构和焊接式结构两种形式，当风管的截面长边尺寸大于areaue="1200" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on" style="font-family: 宋体; line-height: 18.75pt; text-indent: 21pt;">1200mm时，建议采用框架式结构。自带排水口和接水盘，确保加湿器多余的水能够畅通排出。
懿凌风管湿膜加湿器—使用条件
使用环境—温度：0～40℃；湿度小于90%RH；电源：220V/50Hz；水源：自来水或同类型水；供水压力：大于0.05Mpa；通过风管湿膜加湿器的风速小于areaue="3" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">3.0m/s；湿膜加湿器的排水口管径：当风量小于areaue="8000" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">areaue="8000" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">8000m³/h，选用DN25，当风量介于8000～20000m³/h，选用DN32，当风量大于areaue="20000" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">areaue="20000" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">20000m³/h时，选用DN42。

懿凌湿膜加湿器—湿膜特点
极强的吸水性、良好的透风性，具有很好的机械强度和浸水挺拔度。洁净、不产生“白粉”现象；加湿距离短，节省空调机组的体积；加湿能力自我调节，不产生过饱和、结露现象；无噪声，结构强度高、耐腐蚀、阻燃、寿命长；对空气有洗涤、过滤作用（对入口空气起到二次过滤净化的作用）；配方中添加的抑菌成份，使其具备较好的防霉抗菌能力；具有加湿降温功效；维护、保养方便，运行成本低。
★ 加湿洁净，无传统加湿器的“白粉”污染，水不需处理，只要将水分蒸发就可清洁的加湿。
★ 最省电，是电极(电热)加湿器耗电量的2％，无喷头，不喷雾，不滴水，不需要压缩空气。
★ 不受空调系统开或关闭和空调机运转模式的限制，根据室内空气条件自然而稳定地进行加湿。
★ 水泵的循环水量大于加湿量，多余的水用于清洗蒸发材料，蒸发材料不产生水垢。
★ 蒸发材料对空气具有净化作用，能除去室内空气中的灰尘和溶于水的有害气体。
★ 室内显热负荷大时，利用干热空气进行蒸发汽化；具有良好的制冷效果。

★ 空气温度越高，越干燥，越能提高加湿能力，加湿饱和效率高达90％以上。

★ 蒸发材料不含表面活性剂，自然吸水，扩散速度快，效能持久；不含易使皮肤过敏的苯酚等化学物质，安装使用时对人体五毒无害，绿色、安全、节能、环保、经济适用。
★ 单独安装机型，自带风机，根据室内加湿负荷选择型号和台数。

★ 配有万向脚轮，移动方便，气流方向可调节。

★ 蒸发材料为进口高比表面积防伪湿膜，特种植物纤维蜂窝结构材料，波高、波纹交错对置，采用高分子材料与空间交联技术，高吸水、高耐水、抗霉变、使用寿命长，可达7～9年。
